职责描述 1、承担企划方案到终端门店的落地变现,针对用户需求提供方案销售设计服务;2、对新三翼鸟门店设计师进行能力训练,提高门店设计师销售设计能力;
3、对门店设计师进行管理,从入职面试、能力提升、日常运营等方面,保证设计师具备流量转化能力;
4、销售旺季针对三翼鸟客户接单能力外的用户订单直接跟单设计,保障终端接单能力;
5、特殊用户(B端/C端)及大型活动的用户跟单设计; 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历;
2、暖通、定制家居、室内设计等相关行业3年及以上工作经验,懂家电设计、水电设计及橱柜设计规则、尺寸模数规则、懂家装家居设计规则
3、能够熟练使用设计工具,设计方案,并能够表达方案,有终端销售设计经验,具备成单能力,;
4、具有良好的组织协调及沟通能力,抗压能力强,具备主导跟进项目的能力;
5、热忱敬业,主动负责,工作细心务实,敢于自以为非,与企业同心同德,作风端正; 工作地点
