    Overview

    The purpose of the role is to:

  • Lead programmatic buying strategy design and operation management to ensure PD/PDB campaigns success, with measurement of continuous effectiveness and efficiency improvement
  • Obtain expertise in marketing and brand strategy with in-depth understanding of the industry environment and the E2E programmatic buy process, have experience in using DSPs and have a clear opinion on data-driven and digital marketing.
  • Manages projects from inception to delivery, creating detailed strategy & schedules, providing timely and clear status updates to management
  • Drive team to co-work with DSP to build a routine and self-evaluated performance optimization work process.
  • Take Innovation initiatives on DP/PDB solutions.
  • Working with ChBs internal teams to deliver success
  • Responsibilities

    Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead overall PD/PDB campaigns strategy and operation, responsible for the performance result. Experienced in 2C industries, DSP or Media agency is preferred.
  • Serve as the organization's media liaison and play a critical role as communication coordinator between internal stakeholders as well as external agency for an efficient operation workflow
  • Guide the team to perform campaign execution Inc. Strategy planning, TA hiarachy strategy, operation, tracking, optimization etc.
  • Post-campaign review management, responsible for setup programmatic evaluation model to have team get the ability to self-evaluate for better performance
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end marketing execution process
  • Coordinate innovative projects
  • People Responsibilities

  • As Senior media coach and support RemainCo media team in speed of execution and quality of service delivery, ensuring achievement of agreed SLAs
  • Manage ChBS Media Programmatic team's scope, workload, and performance
  • Develop strong working relationships with China Marketing Leaders to grow the GBS partnership and enhance ways of working and team capability development
  • Qualifications
  • Familiar with China programmatic buy development, with strong experiences of tailor-made PD/PDB strategy to drive brand relevance
  • Marketer/agency/consultative services experience in programmatic media strategy and investment
  • Experience with analysis and reporting
  • Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in data-driven targeting and reach strategy
  • Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese/English is a must
  • Bachelor's degree above
  • Excellent project management and organizational alignment skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
