- 在线模腔清洁,确保模具运行过程中的顺畅,减少生产中的故障和停机时间。
- 负责模具的二级和三级保养工作,执行预防性维护计划,延长模具的使用寿命。
- 协助进行漏斗上架及打包工作,保障生产流程的正常进行。
- 及时响应生产现场对模具维修的紧急需求,快速解决模具故障,确保生产连续稳定运行。
- 与生产团队密切合作,收集并汇报有关模具使用情况和改进建议,提高生产效率和模具性能。
