Key deliverables 交付物及主要职责

•To move forward BSH China "all-in-one" digital order platform development from technical perspectives. To optimize & innovate the current digital order platform which only cover partial sales channels & specific functionalities to cater to the concept - "ONE platform for all".

从IT角度,推动公司统一的数字化订单平台的闭环,对现有订单平台的持续优化、改进和创新。打造覆盖全渠道、覆盖订单管理的全场景的统一平台。

•To have the courage to change the platform by adopting the best practice of home appliance industry order mgmt. platform. But with innovations and custom for BSH order placement processes and business scenarios as well.

创新的思维和决心改造现有数字化平台,对齐家电行业数字化订单平台的"最佳实践"。定义和实施特定的功能和流程,完成公司全渠道的订单管理场景的闭环。

•To build the platform with moving beyond an order processing platform, but a quick response, mobile/web - capable e2e order mgmt. micro-service & enabling platform.

打造的订单平台,不仅仅在于能处理订单的数字化平台,更是具备微服务架构下移动&网页端的快速响应的端到端的订单管理赋能平台。

•Well-architected architecture and well-designed roadmap, consider the maximum integration with sales platform, logsitics platform, isolated applications and data warehouse & BI platforms.

为数字化订单平台完善技术架构和迭代路径,最大程度的和售前、物流、售后、数仓平台及各应用的整合&增效。

Requirements 人员要求

•IT senses & experiences is mandatory. IT related subjects is preferred.

•Digital order platform experience and PMP is preferred.

•Good verbal & written English.

•2-3 working experience.
