岗位职责:

1、Support for maintenance and management of departmental equipment. Includes PM program, spare parts program, equipment procurement and validation, emergency repairs, etc.

对部门设备的维护和管理提供支持,包括PM计划,备件计划,设备采购和验证,应急维修等。

2、Ensure the maintenance of production and packaging in-line with local regulations and HALEON EHS, GMP, Medical device and engineering standard.

确保生产和包装设备的运行维护符合本地法规、Haleon 安全、GMP、医疗器械和相关工程标准。

3、Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, measuring the performance of each system in-line with user requirements.

4、Provide first touch support in the event of owned production system breakdown. If the problem cannot be resolved locally, engage the services of the appropriate external support, which may include specialist companies or the equipment supplier.

5、Develop the maintenance routine for some production system and ensure the routines are sufficiently detailed to maintain the performance of the system based on the equipment supplier recommendations or operational experience.

6、Review the spare parts inventory of production systems to which it belongs and ensures that the correct type and enough parts are stored in the engineering warehouse and that any obsolete spare parts are physically removed, disposed, and financially written off.

7、Lead or support team and site audit and ensure CAPAs are closed on time.

8、Accountable for functional risk management, includes proactive risk identification, assessment and development of mitigation action plan.

9、Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, Haleon standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system.

10、Other projects and tasks assigned by the line manager.

任职资格:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument).

本科以上学历,工程专业 (化工,机械,电气或仪器)。

2、Seven years or above equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance experiences. Maintenance management experience preferred.

7年或以上的设备维修和预防维修经验,有维修管理经验优先。

3、In depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems which make-up production equipment.对组成生产设备的电气和机械系统有深入的了解。

4、Knowledge of local and appropriate safety regulations.

对于本地和相应的安全法规有足够的了解。

5、Understanding the requirement of quality systems which is based on engineering systems.

6、Good problem analysis and solving ability.

7、Skilled OE knowledge preferred.
