Education Background: 教育背景

• 3-year college degree or equivalent in fields such as microbiology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, bioscience, or higher.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Professional Experience 专业经验:

• 1-3 years of experience in production within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in environments adhering to cGMP standards or in life sciences.
• Experience with both hardware and software of production equipment is desirable.
• Prior work in clean rooms or aseptic areas is advantageous.
• Completion of training focusing on mechanical, electrical, and control systems in engineering, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP guidelines is a plus.

Key Areas of Responsibility 主要工作职责:

Operator plays a crucial role in contributing to the following performance indicators for AP production:

• Execute production schedule and complete production orders.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to process lead times and record any input delays.

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:

• Carry out production tasks on the filling line following standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure timely completion of training sessions.
• Accurately document Batch Production Records (BPR) in line with GMP requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations.
• Operate the PAS-X system correctly during production processes.
• Perform cleaning duties in the production area.
• Review batch production records.
• Comply with EHS standards to ensure workplace safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area following 5S principles.
