客户管理
- 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息
- 传递相应疾病领域的科学进展,促进医生制定规范治疗方案
- 传递罗氏产品的关键信息,提高罗氏产品认知,并收集反馈
- 传递疾病领域诊断相关信息,助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升
学科建设
- 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点 通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育 逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台
计划管理
- 规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划,和协作同事协商达成最终方案,并进行实施。
- 组织和支持区域专家会议
- 了解医生观念、需求、会议安排;制定会议及覆盖计划;执行会议计划;回访收集反馈
- 按公司规定合理制定预算,并按计划实施完成,确保资源的合理和有效利用
规范诊疗与疾病全程管理
- 推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变,实现规范化诊疗 和患者解决方案经理协同合作,关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化
自我管理和团队协作
- 成为产品和疾病领域的专家 对团队新成员提供辅导和支持
- 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享,以整合资源,提升团队能力

岗位所需胜任力
- 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识
- 良好学习能力
- 业务敏锐度
- 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

工作年限
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验
- 既往有学术推广/市场/医学经验
- 跨职能工作经验为佳
