职位描述Duties and responsibilities
The safety engineer is responsible for supporting BSH-PRC on laboratory, marketing and sales activities in all aspects of establishing, maintaining, and enhancing occupational health and safety, including human working conditions. This includes following tasks:
1.Report to General Manager, and cooperate closely in the official business with company EHS coordinators.
2.Functionally report to the head of RGC EHS dept, implement BSH group regulations and support to approach targets.
3.Conduct occupational safety and health management system in BSH-PRC.
4.Convene the occupational health and safety committee, keep the minutes and follow up action plan.
5.to work towards that all employees who are present in the company act according to the demands of occupational safety and prevention of accidents.
6.to conduct EHS related legal compliance evaluation, identify & assessment risks, contribute in the work procedures/standards.
7.to develop programs for occupational safety and to supervise their implementation (e.g. safe behavior, promotion activities, including those with regard to prevention of traffic accidents).
8.to provide EHS advice & supervise of new projects and sales activities (e.g. office/store decoration, exhibition), monitor contractors compliance with applicable EHS requirements.
9.to establish EHS training requirements and training materials, monitoring the implements and keep records.
carry out safety audits at due date, and to arrange check tasks to EHS team member and follow up the results.
supervise occupational safety and prevention of accidents, and support accidents investigation.
assist in business continuity plan, emergency preparedness and organize drills.
collect and report EHS performance data and statistics.
14.Other tasks assigned by the management.
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Professional: Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field;
