Role Summary:

这个职能是总体负责全面工程及项目活动,相关于各种工程领域的升级改造。区域包括生产工程,蓄水池开发工程,设施工程或上述组合。负责筛选、培训、监督全体工程人员。本职位通常汇报给生产高管。

Responsibilities:

• 确保机械设备稳定正常运行,降低设备的故障停机时间
• 控制材料、备件消耗,降低维修费用
• 保障安全的维修环境,组织识别本部门危险源,制定和执行安全环保防护措施
• 提高员工的综合素质水平,根据各车间具体维修状况及需求,制定订年度培训计划及预算并确保计划如期完成

Requirements:

为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质
• 相关工作领域学位
• 至少3~5年相似岗位工作经验
• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
