Plan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure that organization's information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.Responsabilidades:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Managing work performance across multiple areas of an organization's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, Databases, Data & Voice Networks and Data Processing Operations.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization's IT roadmap. This includes End User Technology & Software Support roadmap.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization's information systems.
• Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of information systems professionals and support staff to ensure that the organization's information systems are supported effectively and within budget.
•Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.
•Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.
•Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.
Requisitos:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
