Job Description

Admin:

• Established, improved, and supervised the implementation of admin rules / regulations / procedures.
• Led team to carry out the daily Admin operations, including catering, cleaning, transportation, drinking water,

disinfection, etc.

• Solved various problems and challenges.
• Ensured that the admin operations comply with laws and regulations, and 0 incidents happened.
• Participated in and successfully completed quality management system audits, environmental system audits, EHS

audits, and inspections & audits by the Superior Departments.

• Planned and organized the company's major events, including the personnel reception of government departments,

the launch of new projects, and cross-departmental activities.


SES:

• Set up and optimized the security management system based on national laws & regulations and the guidelines of

the German headquarters, oversaw the implementation of various security measures, ensured the compliance with
safety regulations, and reduced operational risks.

• Led the team to manage personnel / material / information security in Nanjing Bosch Campus, formulated and

supervised the implementation of the crisis response mechanism, managed emergencies, including fire protection,
security incidents, property damage/theft.

• Supported the security audit, interpreted process documents, and regularly support reported the progress of the

internal audit to the Italian General Manager.


Others:

• Led the overall admin and security coordination in Cluster-Nj, including Bosch

Qualifications

Master or bachelor degree in admin and security

• Good skill of MS,power BI
• Good command of English in oral and writing

* 5~10 years experience in relative area

• Strong service consciousness, good communication skills and innovative spirit
