The position
1. Ensure effectiveness of financial planning and year end landing:
--partnering with LOB VP and Directors to ensure an effective and well-coordinated P&L planning process (TOC linked with sales target) in LOB;
-Drive on LOB costs allocation into Regions and work with Directors to ensure proper resource planning of each Region;
-working with LOB VP and Directors to ensure a transparent cost tracking mechanism and no surprise in costs landing;
-Continue driving the effectiveness of resource allocation through Brand P&L view and balance short term and mid-term ambition with financial analysis.
2. Finance business partner to LOB (main role to support financial management of LOB and propose actions if needed):
-Regular performance tracking update to LOB VP / Director and provide relevant recommendations to drive topline performance as well as better optimize resource allocations in terms of activities types to maximize business impact;
-Provide scenario analysis through financial modelling to support management decision making;
-Provide basic finance education to LoB to help them gain more insight from financial analysis and proactively drive the process simplification and improvement to provide an easy tool for LoB to understand their performance.
3. Support GIA auditor and compliance related coordination for LOB:

-Ensure a well-coordinated process for GIA visit and support a high level of compliance.
4. Ad-hoc analysis for support management decision making:

-Fact-based analysis (i.e. with solid understanding of Novo Nordisk business and commercial insights);

-Recommendation of LOB costs policies (such as spending caps on certain categories) in the context of business environment in different regions.

Qualifications
1. Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese University/Oversea University;
years of working experience in financial management;
3. Big-4 or MNC experience required;
4. Fluent in Chinese and English.
