Are you looking for an opportunity to develop and manage the distribution of warehouse materials and finished products from storage, shipping, and material replenishment to work centers and production lines? If so, this is the role for you.

Job Purpose:

oTo be a technical leader within Haleon R&D in Packaging, delivering thedevelopment of breakthrough packaging and dispensing systems aligned withcommercial strategy for Haleon business and culture, collaborating closely withpartner functions and leveraging the external ecosystem in delivering NPD, EIBDprojects.Key Responsibilities:oDelivery of packaging and dispensing systems that delight consumers while ensuringtheir safety as well as meeting Haleon quality standardsoManage structural innovations initiatives and projects: embed Haleon packaging E2Eprocess, systems and ensure compliance and 'right first time'oIdentify and develop recycle ready packaging materials to deliver sustainability targetof Haleon.oWorks effectively with a cross functional project team from external to internal -Marketing, R&D & QSC - on the execution of the Haleon Business strategy tosupport innovation projectsoEnsure technical knowledge and expertise on material science as well as conversionand packaging/assembling technologies are transferred within Haleon into R&D andSupply ChainoSupport the development and implementation of global packaging and devicesprograms across the technical communityoPartner with suppliers and associates to develop best in class packaginginnovations/developmentoDrive awareness of competitor packaging activities to identify improvements andinnovation opportunitiesKnowledge/Education/Experience Required:oMinimum Level of Education: Bachelor Degree in Packaging/Engineering/MaterialScienceoPreferred Level of Education: Masters Degree in Packaging/Engineering/MaterialScienceoKnowledge of emerging technologies and policies (environmental, safety and drugregulatory) related to packagingoTechnical packaging leader/manager with7-10 years packaging developmentexperience in FMCG or consumer health care industry. Demonstrate ability to deliverpackaging projects. Identified ability to work with internal business departments andexternal suppliers
