Responsibilities: • Planning and monitoring the project. • Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required. • Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans. • Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards. • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget • Perform risk management to minimise project risks • Ensuring client satisfaction • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
