• Ensuring excellent customer service by delivering food and beverage to events on time. 
• Arrange food and beverages to create an appealing display. 
• Introduce the styles of alcohol (beers or wines) we provide. 
• Make sure every people in the bar event was drinking legally. 
• Train new students and make them know catering works as quick as possible.

• Help customers sign the contract and answer their questions.  
• Gained groups of Chinese people to sign with the Sierra and managers provided me a personal work iPhone. 
• Best month in last year: gained 15 to 20 residents in November and that could create $150,000 to $200,000 revenue for the Sierra next year.
