I am a former AC Milan professional player, triple winner of Champions League, Scudetto and Italian Super cup, a player of “The Invincible”, the elected best team of all time, with champions like Ancelotti, Maldini, Donadoni, Baresi, Gullit, Rijakaard and Van Basten.

With more than 25 years of football professional experience, I have been Supervisor of the AC Milan soccer schools in Italy, AC Milan Academy Manager & Director of AC Milan Academy Lithuania, Japan, Singapore, Dubai. From 2018 I have been Head of football Methodology for LaLiga Kids Yinglets China. I have attended clinics and conferences all around the world to promote sport and football。

I understand the profound psychological impact a Mentor can have on his coaches and a coach can have on his students. Knowing how important it is to create the right learning environment for upcoming athletes to excel, I constantly strive to improve their performances and make sure they do not lose their motivation.
