How to Build Self Confidence

The concept of self-confidence is commonly used as self-assurance in one's personal judgment, ability, power, etc. One's self confidence increases from experiences of having mastered particular activities. It is a positive belief that in the future one can generally accomplish what one wishes to do. Self-confidence is not the same as self-esteem, which is an evaluation of one's own worth, whereas self-confidence is more specifically trust in one's ability to achieve some goal, which one meta-analysis suggested is similar to generalization of self-efficacy.

So much of your life depends on self-confidence.

There is nothing worse than when your self confidence is low and down in the dumps, because if you do not feel good about you, how can other people? The key to having a happy and successful life is self-confidence. 

Life is a selling game whether we like it or not. 

We are selling ourselves to other people all the time whether it be for a job interview, friendship or love. People interact with people they like and feel they have some sort of value to offer the world. 

So how can you be in love with you? The easiest and simplest way is to take care of yourself. I know we can form really negative habits like eating junk food, smoking cigarettes', staying up too late, skipping the shower in the morning, but the easiest and simplest way is to take care of yourself everyday, brush your teeth everyday and form good habits.

Having clothes the fit the body go a long way to improving your appearance. The wrong shirt can make you look fat. Having a good hair cut can also make you look great. It's important to look your best, even if you are a regular joe. Just because you will never be a super model, doesn't mean you should give-up on your looks. You can only be yourself, so it is best to be the best version of yourself. Many of us just let ourselves go because we will never be this or that.
