Every-time you complain, every time you cry, every time you whine you are giving your energy, your very precious life force to things that you do not want and cause you pain. 

In fact, you can traumatize yourself over and over again by always talking about your painful past. 

You got to learn to let stuff go. 

The hard school of life will teach you it does not matter if this world knocked your teeth out and beat you senseless, you still got to let it go, move on, move forward, live a good, rewarding and fulfilling life and the only way to do that is to drop the baggage and stop crying about the past. 

It's not going to get you a promotion to bring up your past. It's not going to get you a really hot girlfriend to bring up all your bad memories. If you go through life carrying around all that baggage you are going to lost out on new opportunities and friendships because you cannot get on a fresh page focus on the negatives in your past. The only way you can move into a bright future is to focus on a bright future.

It does not serve you to cry about the past. It's like dragging a corpse with you everywhere you go. Do you think anyone wants to sit next to a corpse. it is a very heavy burden to carry around, a bag full of scars, wounds, failures and mistakes, so drop it, leave your baggage and go!
