- Handle RTR related activities for JP business
- Identify, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the manager when necessary
- Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
- Accounting related degree
- Korean is priority
- Reading and writing in English, speaking is plus
- Good Communication skill
