o
Power Supply system development: design, material, functional, legislation, technical boundaries interfaces, schematics, diagrams. Power Supply components such as Battery, Central Electric Unit(Fuse & Relay Box), Battery master switch, battery diagnostic management component, grounding components. o
Plan, Develop, Design, Release, Test and Validate power supply system and components with focus on cost/maintenance reduction o
Mindset of the automotive project milestone, product design and release timing slot, change management o
Participate all development meetings in a regular base and Agile ways o
Work with supplier to deliver the prototypes base on the program timing o
Fulfill other requests from team leader or line manager o
Responsible for vehicle power supply system architecture design, schematic and diagram design, electrical component selection. o
Work with cross function team including E/E SW, HW, Cab, Chassis team to complete the power system design on the vehicle level. o
Power balance, vehicle load and power consumption calculation, simulation and verification. o
Develop and iterate components in power supply system such as the battery, central electric unit or smart fuse & relay box, battery master switch, battery diagnostic management component, grounding components. o
Verify the design on the system and vehicle integration test. Carry out power supply system and components investigation, measurement and verification on test vehicle with the measurement tool independently. o
Supporting E/E cable harness team on power distribution system development. o
Create the product development documents base on the vehicle definition and strategy. o
Investigate and solve the power supply system related issues during the vehicle function test and road test. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electric/Electronic/Automotive Engineering 3~5 years in automotive Industry including 2+ years direct working with power supply system or components. Preferred the working experience in the vehicle electrical distribution system OEMs or EDS suppliers. High voltage power distribution component development experience is a plus. Good command of English in speech & writing Commercial Vehicles E/E architecture Office, FMEA version 5 or other failure analysis method Knowledge of the general vehicle power supply system, 12V & 24V electrical components Problem solving skills CAD skill on Catia/UG and power simulation tools Hands-on, very good motivation, team work, clear, objective and transparent communication Customer oriented, Entrepreneur, Creative, Innovation focused
