RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales orders receipt and update in ERP with data accuracy in a timely manner.

Cooperate with shipping agents and shipping companies related to booking and arranging international shipments.

Shipping documents and documents for customs clearance preparation and tracking.

Participation in logistics improvement projects and streamline the existing way of working to ensure end to end agreed service level achieved with the best optimized cost.

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

CRITICAL SHORT-TERM OBJECTIVES or CRITICAL ASPECTS OF ROLE NEXT 2-3 YEARS

Drive import & export activities to achieve target.

Optimize import & export procedures with efficiency.

Create and follow up shipping plan, involve in main production plan.

Drive and improve sales orders and production plan fulfilment.

Coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing for shipping efficiency.

OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree is preferred, and logistics /SCM/ international trading or equivalent is highly desirable.

Minimum 3 years experience in logistics/SCM management, and manufacturing industry is preferred.

Familiar with the international trading policy/laws/regulations.

Experienced user of ERP system.

Logic & critical thinking and passionate on the job.

Workable spoken and written English.
