描述
工作职责:
1. 规划、建设、维护高可用的系统服务平台,保障业务平台稳定可用;规划、设计和实施私有云、公有云、容器云平台
2. 规划、评估业务系统部署架构及资源需求,支持业务系统按架构规划要求部署实施
3. 监控公有云、私有云资源的容量使用情况,提出和实施改进方案,确保资源高效利用
4. 维护系统服务PAAS平台的稳定、可用、安全,能够结合新技术或遇到的问题,提出和实施改进方案
5. 制定系统服务平台运维管理制度、流程、规范等
6.项目管理及协调相关职责
7.完成领导交办的其他任务
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,5年以上工作经验,有保险行业经验优先
2.熟悉K8s集群、Docker、Harbor、Helm、Prometheus、Grafana等产品维护技能
3.熟悉Gitlab、Jenkins、Sonarqube、Artifacotry开源服务的部署、使用及运维,有DevOps的实践经验优先
4.熟悉Linux、Redhat、Unix操作系统,掌握Linux Shell脚本编写
5.熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等框架经验
6.熟悉开源应用中间件、负载均衡等服务,如Nginx、Tomcat、RabbitMQ、Nacos等
7.熟悉主流关系型数据库,具备使用Mysql、Oracle、Redis等日常维护能力
8.熟悉云平台产品使用及日常运维、如腾讯云产品等
9.了解分布式存储的日常管理维护,如xksy等
10.对技术产生业务价值有热情
