Job summary
The opportunity HR Operations Specialist work across multiple service line provides HR services and program implementation ensuring performance with high quality timeliness compliance with company policies and local regulations while delivering seamless employee experience.Responsibilities
- You will be charged of onboarding internal transfer and offboarding processes covering domestic employees and expatriates charged with interview scheduling pre-employment screening and blue collars recruitment process support.
- You will manage employees labor contract personal file working hour application renewal local talent award application work permit applications etc have chance to attend the global project of end-to-end process or HR system enhancement.
- You will be charge of social security transaction affairs for multiple cities charged of company benefit transactions like company insurance and flexible benefit program for multiple legal entities supported annual company benefit projects implementation with COE and team coordinator recognition plan system management have chance to extend the working scope to absence attendance system management payroll gross to net calculation tax reconciliation transactions working closely with finance for financial accounting booking.
