1. 根据中央市场策略及大区情况制定大区策略及行动计划;执行大区市场计划,确保信息有效传递至客户

2. 合理管理、使用并整合市场资源,洞悉并把握市场机会,提高资源有效性

3. 联合市场部,医学部及销售重点推进在大区层面的重点项目有效落地

4. 掌握并熟悉领域专业知识,并赋能大区销售团队和经销商团队

5. 培养全国/区域讲者及KOL,主动搭建学术平台
