    We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with demonstrated experience to support implementation of global Compliance programs while minimizing variations and streamlining processes.

    This Senior Program Manager will partner with Global compliance, legal, technical, and business teams to implement global solutions to improve Seller Partners experience in Compliance perspective.


    Summary of Responsibilities

    This candidate will lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new feature, service, product, or system to support Asia to Worldwide Seller Partners to be conformity with various Compliance and regulation requirements across worldwide marketplace.

    They gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project/program.

    This Program Manager contribute cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, while balance the business needs with the technical constraints.

    They rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of program or project management experience
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
    • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
