    Your contribution

    Objective

  • Mechanical assembling, integration, and verification (40%)
  • Facilitation maintenance & EHS related tasks (30%)
  • Document preparation and other paperwork (20%)
  • Cross-team support if needed (10%)

    • Production (Integration)

  • Unpack, assemble, test, connect and verify 3rd party devices purchased from vendors
  • Integrate 3rd party device, parts, carriers as instructed by Labwerx Project Manager or by local application team
  • Following WI to execute hardware testing after assembly or integration to verify 3rd part device performance and overall system performance against factory specification or design purpose.
  • When hardware is ready, cooperate with Labwerx Project Manager or local application team to create, modify and optimize script based on customer's specific application requirement.
  • Create production record and document that required by SOP.
  • Disassemble, pack and perform instrument FQC before ship to customer.
  • Repair and maintenance of equipment, tools and plant facilities (air conditioning, waterways, electrical circuits, etc.).

    • Other tasks assigned by site manager if needed.

  • College degree in mechanics, electronics, automation or other related background
  • 2+ years Production experiences
  • / Assembling experiences
  • English in writing and reading
  • Testing skills
  • Integration knowledge
