    KA Supervisor —Social EC

    抖音 Flagships Owner & brand-live streaming management

  • Achieve 抖音flagship store net sales
  • Sourcing and manage the right DP partner to set up operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in 抖音in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
  • Monitor DP's daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed
  • Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, AUS and Return rate on daily/weekly basis in order to increase brand sales

    • Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Analysis of sales, site performance, live stream, and marketing programs.
  • Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Ecommerce area in FMCG company or TP
  • Background in Douyin operation or MCN Agency is preferred
  • Strong customer and consumer focus and knowledge in business.
  • Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
  • Bachelor degree above
