PURPOSE OF THE JOB
According to Bekaert Group expansion planning and Company sales & service strategy, coordinate cross-department resources to execute service projects for Bekaert production plants, increase service quality and reliability while reducing cost to bring value for Bekaert production plants
YOUR ROLE
1. Installation service project preparation
1. Understand customer expectation, define project scope and specification
2. Project planning, budget / quotation to customer
3. Prepare technical information (drawings, specification), resource and installation materials
4. Travelling and tools preparation
2. Installation service project execution
1. Build up service project team, project administration (cost center, PR)
2. Subcontracting bidding coordination
3. Site safety management, 5S
4. Manage service technicians and subcontractors
5. Project schedule follow-up
6. Installation quality
7. Project budget follow-up and control
8. Day-report and communication with customer
3. Installation service project close
1. Hand-over service project to customer
2. Customer feedback collection and follow up
3. Service project invoice
4. Service project assessment and close
4. Short-term service intervenes
1. Quick response & communication
2. Efficiently coordinate activities
3. Quality and safety
5. Voice of customer
1. Collect customer feedbacks and expectations during interactions with customers
2. Reports to Service Manager for consolidation and action planning
YOUR PROFILE
1. Able to read and write in English
2. Knowledge of commercial transactions (enquiry, quotation, order, acknowledgement, cost, margin, price, tax, bidding...) and Logistics (packing, loading, transportation, unloading, etc.)
3. Prehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Piping installation and related infrastructure knowledge
4. Intensive knowledge of Bekaert Engineering equipment
5. Good understanding of raw material and labor cost in market
6. Knowledge of Business Flow and team work, good communication skill (communicate with customer, internal coordination, give training)
7. Able to manage subcontractor
8. Result driven with proactive action
9. Sense of responsibility
10. Good at using Windows Office for planning and reporting
11. Work under time pressure
