- Assist central marketing in activity roll-out in region.
- Analyze regional market trend combining with the data from sales, central marketing and MA.
- Actively participate in brand building activity of central marketing. Manage regional KOLs, establish regional speaker system and communicate conference PPT with the speakers.
- Target customer is 30 to 50 (subject to the confirmation of RSM and marketing manager), the visit frequency is once/quarter, monthly submission of visit plan and actual visit, monthly update and submission of customer file including speakers.
- Plan, monitor the implementation and provide feedback for regional activities of sales department: 15% weighting, no less than 2 regional activities planning which is subject to the email reply from RSM/RSD/NSD.
- Collect and provide feedback of regional competitive products information, read and analyze sales data: 15% weighting, reporting to RSM once/month with copy to RSD/NSD/PM.
