    Key Responsibilities

    Project management (70%)

    • According to the approved SS & IFS investment plan, setting up project objectives, work plans and project achievements
    • Track the progress from project kickoff to project delivery and update the status on Project Planner and Share point timely
    • Follow the project operation process and draft the RFP according to SOW, draft the available project schedule and get alignment with site team, stakeholders, customers
    • Support the procurement person to complete the project bidding, assessment, contract signatureget the J&A approval and complete the quotation to client, track the PO approval status
    • Review all planned project activity, track resources assigned, manage & supervise the quality, schedule, cost, safety during project implementation, manage the supplier and provide project activity coordination
    • Support the assessment of project delivery success from an operational and business perspective, draft the delivery report and evaluate the outcome matched with business case or feasibility study, summarize and review the delivery document and apply the confirmation of stakeholders
    • Hand over the project to operation team (including acceptance documents, commissioning report, testing report, products or equipment instruction, etc.), collect their feedback and make the activities for further refinements
    • Track the project billing, assets consolidation, old assets write-off or divestment
    • Support site team to complete small projects or extra works related with space renovation, equipment repair, etc.

    Communication and engagement (20%)

    • Regularly organize meetings for the project, coordinate with site team, stakeholders and share the progress, issues and requirements, and supervise the completion of the plan;
    • Coordinate with customer (FREM, Cell owner, EHS, users) and get their requirements before project implementation, try to reach their points under project scope
    • Coordinate with procurement, EHS, finance, engineering to get the supporting to project, make sure all works meet with internal process and compliance
    • Coordinate with site team, combine the SOW to know & clarify the security, safety, scope, function, benchmark, etc. to make sure lower risk during project execution
    • Coordinate with relevant vendors to promote them to complete the project, make sure the safety, quality, schedule & cost matching with compliance, objectives, plans and outcomes
    • Coordinate with the 3rd relevant (government, manufacture, etc.) and follow their demand or requirement to push the project on track

    Sustainability (10%)

    • Ability to calculate energy savings associated with Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Water Conservation Measures (WCMs), return on investment (ROI), and projected capital investment required.
    • To understand the national policies related to sustainable development, and familiarity with new technologies and processes such as photovoltaic, heat pumps and solar energy.
    • To understand the local policies, processes or procedures, and government subsidies for the declaration of new energy projects, managing and facilitating the implementation of sustainability projects

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Committed to customer service delivery, active participation and reliable & committed, demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus, results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to effectively and clearly present information, and influence people appropriately
    • Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities, strong ability to handle emergencies
    • Requires basis knowledge of financial terms and principles, familiar with the principles and process of preparing project budgets, and can review suppliers' bidding quotes for reasonableness.
    • Requires basic knowledge of building renovation, MEP equipment installation and remodeling, familiarity with and understanding of utility facilities performance standards and requirements, and the ability to review and evaluate facility-related installation and construction process standards and procedures.
    • Good safety awareness and sense, have basic knowledge of EHS and can identify and manage EHS risk of project implementation timely.
    • Good PC based skills, with experience in CAD/Word/Excel/PPT/Project and Outlook
    • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independentlyHigh Execution.

    Qualifications and Education:

    • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in project management, energy or environmental engineering
    • 3~5 years project management experience, completion of a full sustainability project management preferred, completion of a full renovation and MEP project management independently preferred
    • With English writing & readinglistening & speaking experience is preferred
    • PMP certification preferred
