Main Tasks

PVE Test

Plan PVE testing, monitor and report testing progress (incl. contract workshop and test lab)

Prepare testing: vehicle, logistic, tool, parts, documents

Conduct PVE test on site

Prepare troubleshooting documents

Finalize reports and fully align with all stakeholders prior to authority submission

Prepare and conduct OBD Confirmatory Tests

Plan confirmatory tests base on local regulations

Align the requirements with RD

Prepare testing: vehicle, logistic, tool, parts, documents

Align the test plans with Test lab & Workshop

Conduct confirmatory tests on site

OBD regulations monitoring and interpretation

Participate at OBD Working Groups and meeting organized by authorities on company behalf

Take actions to shape the regulatory framework in favor of company strategies

Facilitate the cooperation projects with authorities

Monitor the OBD-relevant regulation updates and provide interpretations to internal stakeholders

Conduct lobbying activities

OBD compliance activities within MBC

Support Legal and Technical compliance team on OBD Topics

Support RD on Regulation related topics

Follow up regulations update and communicate it within MBC

Conduct and harmonize lobbying activities within RD & QM/RZC

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

• Strong background of knowledge in Emissions and OBD systems and regulatory requirements

• Several years of experiences on Emission/OBD calibration

• Experience with testing and data acquisition systems in the automotive field

• Experienced in investigating issues firsthand with strong analysis and problem solving abilities

• Detail-oriented mindset for planning and project management

• Ability to optimize and continuously improve processes for better quality and efficiency

• Strong ability to communicate and work in a diverse multicultural environment

• Language: fluent in English; German-speaking is a plus.
