    1. Key Responsibilities:

    Customer supply chain activities are planned and executed to improve NKA service levels at optimal costs

    • Monitors/ensures the execution and progress of the NKA Services planning
    • Set targets for Service Level per NKA customer (e.g., OTIF, CFR, invoice accuracy) to support commercial strategy and in line with supply chain budget
    • Creates, evaluates and optimizes NKA service policy (e.g., MOQ, delivery lead time and frequency), in order to minimize logistics costs, while maintaining or improving service requirements
    • Leverage NKA inventory, cooperate with logistics team to do stock transfer
    • Cooperate with business partners to ensure well billing reconciliation

    On time resolution of customer complaints. Support continuous reduction in the number of complaints

    • Manages and follows-up customer complaints received by the business partners
    • Monitors and evaluates the resolution process, with involvement of relevant stakeholders

    Collaborate with internal cross-functional team and external NKA customers to improve internal and external processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction

    • Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to NKA services processes and procedures and supports trade promotion initiatives
    • Lead EtE QSC team on system improvement for NKA direct customers

    Single point of contact with internal & external customers from China QSC team

    • Manages and facilitates communication with customers and between China supply chain and Key Accounts
    • Influence customer ordering behavior to support Sales team and drive efficiency in Warehousing and Transportation

    Data analysis and provides insight in performance and enables stakeholders to make sound decisions

    • Provides clear and accurate information and reports on NKA Service performance, including but not limited to the weekly OTIF, products shelf life, damage goods, complaints of critical customers
    • Provide insight via data analysis for business decisions

    Engage and motivate supply chain NKA group members and capability building

    • Effectively organizes and manages supply chain NKA training


    2. Requirements:

    • Bachelor or above
    • 8 years supply chain related working experience, of which, at least 4 years of direct management/connection of NKA Customers, who is familiar with NKA end-to-end supply chain process, preferably in FMCG industry
    • At least 2 years experience in actual operation with whole supply chain functions, e.g., planning, logistics, customer service, etc.
    • Good command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, collaborative mindset, good problem-solving skill, analytical skills, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team as well as independently
    • Resilience: Being able to stay calm under stressful circumstances
