- Supplier & Manufacturing Management
- Supervise production activities at local partner factories to ensure full compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and delivery standards.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of manufacturing assets, tools, and facilities to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
- Manage procurement of production materials (e.g. packaging) and marketing-related purchased goods, including order placement, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor the supply of key raw materials, ensuring stability in lead times, quality, and inventory levels.
- Identify and develop new local vendors to support procurement localization and cost reduction objectives.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Lead quality assurance and control programs to ensure finished goods meet MOTUL technical specifications and requirements.
- Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all production and procurement activities.
- Cost Control & Project Management
- Analyze business needs and supply chain risks to develop and implement cost-control strategies.
- Lead projects focused on cost reduction, supplier optimization, and localization initiatives.
- Track and analyze market price trends for key materials (e.g., base oils, raw materials) to inform procurement decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to support product development and localization efforts.
- Provide data analysis and reporting support to enhance supply chain visibility and performance. Qualifications: Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
b. 5–8 years of experience in procurement, outsourced manufacturing, or quality control within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the lubricants, oils, or related automotive/consumer goods industries is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of production materials such as packaging, base oils.
- Proven ability to drive localization and supplier development initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cost-saving and optimization projects.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
