    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    Mission/

    Position Headline:

    Support sales organization to achieve the business goal by the means of product strategy,

    including product education, positioning, promotion and competition.

    Areas of

    Responsibilties:

    Product lifecycle and portfolio management by close work with HQ PLM and RA team to

    define, plan,develope,NPI, launch, sustain and phas out of products.

    Training: manage internal and external training programs for customers, clinical and sales.

    Sales support: Developing appropriate sales tools and training to sales force;strong

    marketing strategy and competition maintaining.

    KOL plant and maintenance by different approach.

    Marketing event initiative and budget plan, include exhibitions, congresses, seminars,

    workshops, etc.

    Monitoring of sales and gross market performance, coordination with other function

    departments to drive business;

    Key account projects Initiative and development, include MOH, PGP central biding and cross

    region projects;

    Additional task for Clinical Marketing Manager:

    Team building and strenthen team spirit and internal training/cross-BU training and keep

    product marketing team's stability and growth;

    Coordinate with other BL's or teams from technical side to promote SIEMENS

    product/solutions.

    Your qualifications and experience:


    • Familiar with Siemens US product, including US industry development situation/hardware and

    software/application and performance/scentific research and developing direction,etc.


    • Good consciousness of marketing/ product marketing/sales, rich knowledges and practice of radiology/US

    product marketing;


    • Well know competitors' US product features and development direction and well know how to beat

    competitors from product to clinical and development aspects;


    • Team spirit, good ability of cooperation and coordination;


    • Self-management&drievn/self-learning/very good communication skills with doctors.

    Master degree and above in medical imaging and nuclear medicine. Excellent English skill, both oral and writing.
