该职位来源于猎聘产品全生命周期管理:负责ToB核心产品的规划、设计、迭代与上线推广,确保产品符合业务战略及客户需求。
业务需求洞察与场景分析:深入理解跨国公司、国央企及出海企业在供应链合规、征信与风险管理中的痛点,将需求转化为产品方案。
AI创新与落地:探索并落地 LLM、OCR、MCP、Agents 等技术在产品中的应用,提高自动化与交付效率,解决传统模式下的瓶颈问题。
敏捷开发与跨团队协作:作为PO与研发、设计、运营及交付团队紧密合作,基于SDLC流程推动高质量、按期交付。
工具化与原型设计:熟练使用产品设计工具及轻量级开发工具,快速构建原型并验证方案可行性。
产品数据分析:基于业务与运营数据持续优化产品、提升用户体验与业务价值。
客户沟通与解决方案支持:参与重点客户需求沟通及方案设计,支撑销售及交付团队推动项目落地。 任职要求:
全日制本科及以上学历,优先考虑国内 211/985 或海外 QS100 高校背景。
3–5年及以上 ToB 产品管理经验,有0→1或大型版本迭代的成功经验。
具备服务 MNC、国央企或中国出海企业的工作经验;熟悉供应链合规、企业征信、授信或相关业务者优先。
具备 AI Native 思维,拥有 LLM、OCR、MCP、Skills 等能力在产品落地的实践案例者优先。
熟悉 SDLC,具备扎实的 Agile/Scrum 实践经验,能与研发团队开展高效技术沟通。
具备轻量级开发能力(如 Python、SQL 或 Low‑code)者优先,可独立完成数据验证或demo搭建。
具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、结构化表达能力、跨团队协调能力及项目推进能力。
良好的英语读写能力,可适应跨国及出海业务场景。
