    ABOUT THE POSITION

    As the Assistant Manager of Production Art, you will oversee a dynamic team of Production Artists, ensuring the highest standards of production art and image management. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and efficiency of artwork processes, aligning with established protocols and standards.

    Your leadership will guide the team in executing production art tasks and managing artwork requests from various customer teams. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities through strategic projects, including initiatives focused on digital customer experiences and software integrations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure seamless communication and information flow regarding new items or program changes from customers to relevant stakeholders.
    • Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of artworks to necessary departments and conducting performance evaluations for team members.
    • Direct artwork requests to the appropriate teams based on their skills and workload.
    • Establish performance targets for the team and develop actionable plans to achieve these goals.
    • Inspire and mentor team members to meet service reliability and quality standards.
    • Facilitate the efficient transfer of production artworks to relevant departments.
    • Utilize critical thinking and a comprehensive approach to drive improvements and manage crises effectively.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
    • Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong business insight.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in performance monitoring and quality control.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
    • Experience in team leadership and management.
    • Background in project management.
    • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Substance, and Photoshop is advantageous.

    EDUCATION

    • A degree in Design, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
