- Engage with potential Brands/customers via phone call, email, seller visit and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
- Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
- Schedule meetings and develop new business opportunities to fuel program's growth
- Support marketing event to drive education and lead generation through presentation
- On-boarding additional plants or production lines
- Communication and rollout of new features
- Provide Transparency / Brand protection related support to brands to drive brands to maximize their usage of Transparency services

- Experience in cold calling, prospecting and penetrating business opportunities
- Prior sales experience and negotiation skills

- Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Advanced Salesforce experience including the development of dashboards and reports.

Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry.We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer Brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain.
The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline.Our customers include individual consumer Brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.
This position is expected to manage end to end lifecycle of implementing Transparency with a book of accounts (brands/manufacturers).It is chartered with vetting and recruiting Brands and manufacturers to our platform as well as contribute towards a go-to market strategy.
Be responsible for on-boarding brands to the Transparency service ensuring a successful transition and ongoing usage of the service.As part of this role, you will be proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.
Must be focused on driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
You will have the opportunity to dramatically accelerate adoption of Transparency, by promoting the Transparency awareness and knowledge, continuously improving Brands satisfactory by working with PM on product/feature improvement.
