    Your Key Responsibilities

  • Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
  • Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
  • Support new projects successfully launch from tooling evaluation、implementation、trial run etc..
  • Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
  • Validate machines and tools.
  • Make or support to make related documents such as WI、 PFEMA、investment documents、improvement report.
  • Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
  • Other tasks assigned by the leader.

    • Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years in injection molding production
  • Familiar with injection molding tooling and plastic material
  • Familiar with engineering software such as CAD or Pro/E
  • Quality tools eg. PFEMA or Six Sigma Lean or Project Management experience is a plus
