Color Engineer responsible for managing and improving the painting and performance testing team's productivity and timeliness. Responsible for evaluating the work quality and productivity of painting and performance testing personnel. Focus on the status of online products, find the cause of overdue items and record them. Focus on the behavior of Aisid and point improvement, summarize and submit on time. Responsible for the safety and hygiene of the operating area, 5S. Focus on the remaining situation of supporting products, some special ones need to be purchased in advance to ensure smooth production. Arrange the detection order of products according to product needs, ensure smooth work. Participate in detection work, take responsibility for detecting products when needed, ensure smooth production. Responsible for cross-departmental work, communicate effectively with various functional departments. Responsible for organizing, training and guiding painting and performance control, accurately and timely controlling the painting and performance of finished and semi-finished products, and making correct evaluations and judgments. Assist the maintenance department in conducting laboratory equipment calibration and inspection work to ensure normal operation. Ensure that operations comply with process files, device operation procedures, standard operating procedures (SOP), order operation guides, etc. Monitor the color status of online products, avoid quality problems. When products have quality fluctuations, responsible for QIR and QVR problem investigation with related personnel. Understand IATF16949 quality system, responsible for ensuring that this post file, process, operation meets quality system requirements. Core operating principle responsibilities. Accurately grasp the company's core operating principles, team core operating principles and Aisid behavior are exemplary. Promote the implementation and compliance of core operating principles and Aisid behavior in the team. Responsible for the performance of team core operating principles and Aisid behavior. Safety responsibilities. Deeply understand and execute Aisid's core values: safety and health, environmental protection, ethics, and respect for employees. According to APQP process, develop formulas, including preparing test samples and conducting sufficient experiments to meet customer requirements, including color requirements. Formula design requires regular review, such as reviewing after producing 3 batches to ensure product performance and more efficient production. Formula development also considers cost-effectiveness, using low-cost raw materials to meet customer requirements. Chemists must understand the impact of formula costs on our company's efficiency, including VMI project work. Collaborate with the application group to develop online simulation parameters to ensure product first-line and introduction success. This requires good communication with online personnel to get the latest online conditions. Maintain close contact with the customer group and chemist group to ensure that all project team members understand the latest project progress. Collaborate with production to determine product production process guidance. This requires a basic understanding of our production process. Follow the alignment program, responsible for new products or improved products from alignment to normal production. If improved products have formulas, need to communicate with planning, procurement and other related departments, follow MOC program. Responsible for finding suitable modification methods to consume unqualified inventory, reduce financial problems caused by low-quality impact. Keep detection standards and methods up to date, if needed, open new detection standards and methods. Our goal is to reduce the number of detections based on customer needs. Ensure that all project files are completed correctly and on time, and can accept any internal or external quality audits. Participate in new product testing at the customer's test line. Apply appropriate methods (such as 8D), lead or participate in customer problem solving. Train and guide technicians to ensure they understand Aisid's core values. Plan work for technicians to ensure they can complete work with quality and efficiency. Understand specific safety, health, and environmental hazards related to process.
