- Responsible for the whole company and building construction, layout, renovation, repairing, maintenance and management to assure the production and daily life proper running.
- Familiar with the system theory and piping layout of the whole company public device. Repair & maintenance execution for utility system effectively and efficiently such as air conditioner, power, water and etc.
- Implement and maintain 5S activity to promote 5S culture in the company.
- Related budget planning and cost controlling, as well to plan and allocate related resources to optimize cost effectiveness and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinating with different department and solving the problem in time to assure the proper production and daily-life related problem.
- Do the maintenance of the facilities and equipment, also do the preventive plan for them. Solving the problem in time when discover potential risk during the maintenance.
- Plan and manage facility central services.
- Cooperate with Purchasing Department in the management of facility vendors and suppliers, manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
- Capability to establish the documents and procedures to support facility activities running.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.
- Understands and strictly follows Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies. Partner with HSE to ensure compliance, such as HSE & fire inspection.
- Finish other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management.
- 8 years+ of hands-on experience in facility and equipment management.
- Experience in equipment life cycle costing and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of estimating/planning for project and plant equipment requirements.
- Fluent oral and written English.
