    To lead a team to control tower specialists to coordinate within the air freight network for a selected list of air customers.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Following Control Tower concept and standards, collaborate, work closely with, as well as provide daily support to assigned Key Accounts Program Lead.
  • Standard Adherence and Performance Monitoring: - follow the account air program solution design process - supporting customer deliverables and required process execution per set standards and customer specific IOP - monitor Performance, SLA Compliance, & KPIs.
  • Responsible for coordinating analytics ,executing customized reports and data mining for the account as required.
  • Coordinate to deliver milestone compliance; performance monitoring.
  • Support Program management on selected customer Monthly/Quarterly business review
  • Supporting Processes: Supporting day-to-day process and escalations. As well as handling claims support, standard SLA support, and systems testing support
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in the operational procedure and systems focus on the selected customer to drive high efficiency performance.
  • Support Change Management Procedure: Do trainng to support and efficient implementation and follow up to ensure effective deployment.
  • Customer Relationship: Actively build strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders. Gain an understanding of their business, service needs, and drivers.
  • Process Execution: Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.

  • Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor diploma or above; Major in international logistics is preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience of Airfreight process knowledge;
  • Customer Obsession and Centricity driven
  • Problem solving and process improvement mind set
  • Email/Business communication composure
  • Perseverant & action oriented
  • Strong collaboration and Internal/External Client building focus
  • Communication effectiveness
  • Operations of Airfreight import and export Process knowledge preferred
  • English language well written and spoken
  • Basic presentation skill
