    Responsible for extracting, consolidating and formatting data from various sources (SAP, Workday, Qlikview, Excel, Sales Force etc.) to upload into our incentive automated compensation (ICM) tool for World Wide Sales Commissions payout for the Oncology sales representatives world-wide. Provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and researching quarterly inquiries as needed from sales field regarding questions they may have regarding order data. This person would also plan, perform and implement process improvements initiatives so this data could be part of automation data feeds into our ICM tool. Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be required to take on additional projects and help with quarterly SIP audits. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.Other Desired Skills and Knowledge: Finance or accounting background a requirement Required Certifications and Training: Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Knowledge: Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues Job Complexity: Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Interaction: Builds stable working relationships internally. Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on work. Typical Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Little or no experience.
