- Engage in in-depth exploration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and investigate in related areas for both academic research and industrial applications.
- Research and develop the AI-agent applications powered by (LLMs) and foundation models.
- Transfer and apply the cutting-edge research of LLMs into practical solutions for Bosch products and unlock the full potential of AI agents, enhancing their functionality and impact across our product portfolio.
- Write production code that implements state-of-the-art NLP and LLM models and algorithms, and ensures high quality, scalability, and reliability.
- in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related.
- Research experience on machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing or related fields.
- Expertise in LLMs (training, fine-tuning, prompting), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM-based agents for reasoning, planning and decision-making within complex systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming and hands-on experience on AI libraries and toolkits.
- Strong research abilities demonstrated through a track record of impactful contributions in the field.
- Strong problem solving and analyzing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written).
- Experience on multi-modal foundation models.
- Experience on voice assistants/ real time systems.
- Experience on deploying AI models on cloud or embedded systems.
- Experience in knowledge distillation and or parallelization / optimization.
