    Job Description

  • Overall technical responsibilities of WSS platforms, including optimize platform design, components strategy, design rules, platform frame work, regional competence building, LL sharing and approval of changes in CCB.
  • Support platform application in global customers projects and problem solving including failure analysis, risk assessment, plant relocation, new supplier release, etc.
  • Perform WSS benchmark, support RPP and design for cost implementation to ensure the product competitivess in market.
  • Resposible for VDS-CN engineering excellence.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/Material Engineering#
  • Above 5 years products mechanical/structure design experience;# Basic Metal/Polymer material properties knowledge.
  • Familiar with engineering methodology, FMEA, DRBFM, GD&T.
  • Good communication and English both in oral and written.
  • Plastic molding tooling basic know-how;
  • Basic project management skill.
