    Responsibilities

    :
  • Make company production plan per demand and material availability. Coordinate & drive related departments to execute the company production plan.
  • Achieve on-time delivery goal to customers to gain customer satisfaction.
  • Work with operations teams on Productivity Improvement Project.
  • Execute corporate New Product Transfer Plan and arrange NPI into production on schedule.
  • PPO/PO creation, release, close and monitor to support production.
  • To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support necessary project in own department.
  • Work within the position authority and be familiar with the WI of department.

    • 8. Work with all related shake-holders and deploy/push/escalate material/capacity shortages, and drive for recovery/results – substrate/wafer/capacity/sub-

    9. Provide clear requirement/direction to Team members/suppliers on critical tasks.

    10. Monitor OTD performance and summarize for tracking

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor, Master Degree preferred.

    • 2. Good English in both speaking/written (CET-4 is preferred).

    3. Proficient MS office software. Good data analysis background.

    4. Ethics and honest, responsibility and dedication, teamwork, communication skills, Initiative, problem solving skill, good creative thinking.

    5. Good at communication + fast learning skill.
