    Accountabilities:

    Be responsible for developing new VRF product including new components selection and evaluation, system development and simulation/experiment evaluation to achieve new product release.

    Initiate ideas for system cost reduction to achieve Schedule B/C target

    Perform VRF system design and optimization including component selection, leading lab test and solving problems independently.

    Create detailed plan and lead product development.

    Team up with cross function team to drive development/improvement of VRF products.

    Continue analysis of competitor's data and optimization of system performance, reliability and cost.

    Qualification & Requirement :

    Education: Thermodynamics, Refrigeration &Cryogenics or HVAC

    Work experience: 5 years (Master) or > 8 years (Bachelor) of experience in VRF/LC product development

    Computer skills: Familiar with office software, experiences in Excel VBA/Dymola or other simulation tools is a plus.

    Language ability: Fluent English (both written and spoken)

    Personality: Result oriented, customer focus and good team player of multi-disciplinary teams to successfully achieve technical objectives under time constraints; an entrepreneurial attitude towards innovation.

    Other competencies: Solid technical writing, presentation and communication skill, project planning and organizational skill.
