Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle Accounts Payable transactions by processing, reconciling invoices, and payment requests
• Prepare daily payment vouchers, cash flow forecast, fund transfer and assist month-end closing
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders regarding payment cycle affairs
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• LCCI Higher or HKIAAT member / student is preferred
• 2 - 3 years' relevant working experiences in sizable corporation
• Familiar with accounting software and PC operation
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
• Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
