Job summary:
The CMVD Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies based on central marketing guidelines. They monitor market trends and tailor campaigns to meet regional needs.
- KOL Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the region. Regularly communicate with KOLs to maintain engagement and leverage their insights.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional activities that drive sales and meet regional targets. Provide marketing materials, tools, and training to enhance effectiveness.
- Channel Synergies: Work with the Regional Business Director to identify synergies across different channels. Develop integrated marketing plans considering unique dynamics within each channel.
