- 履行设备机械等的维修,维护职责,并提供维修方面的技术支持;
- 负责现场生产设备的定期维保,对于突发故障进行及时处理;
- 负责设备设施的预防性和改善性维护;
- 通过精益推动持续改进,确定并实施计划;
- 计划指导技术人员对机器设备进行维护维保;
- 发现问题,收集数据,分析解决,并得出有效结论
- 执行所有安全规定挂牌上锁安全防护等;
- 确认创建和更新备件/工装等清单;
- 积极参与团队任务和项目的实施;
- 实施和开发BP系统 Qualification
- 具备设备技术相关知识的储备和至少3年以上维修维保工作经验;
- 具备一定的领导力及良好的沟通能力;
- 具备低压维修电工证;
- 具备发现问题,解决问题的能力;
- 能够以数学或图表的形式展现各种技术说明和图纸内容,并处理抽象和具体的变量;
- 电气工程及自动化专业者优先考虑;
- 具备英语技能者优先考虑;
- 熟悉Beckhoff/Siemens 系统KUKA机器人程序设置者优先考虑;
