    General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

  • Keep existing business and development green business
  • 维护现有客户,发展新客户

  • Increase CM1 利润增长
  • Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

  • To reach sales budget 尽力完成当年销售目标
  • Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change) 每周一次销售会议
  • Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers 尽力增加新的生意和老客户新线路
  • All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force
  • 所有新客户\老客户\潜在客户等都需要录入销售系统

  • Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management
  • 提前做好销售计划,确保效率和有效的时间管理

  • Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues 与客户和同事之间建立很好的关系
  • Follow up on client activities (Both New and Existing Customers)按照客户需求去行动(不管是新客户还是现有客户)
  • Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines
  • 负责客户的付款时间与公司政策保持一致

  • Ensure full usage of Salesforce + timely and accurate data input 确保完成销售系统有规律及时和内容准确
  • Other tasks assigned by manager完成经理指派的任务
  • Communications 沟通对象

  • Internal 内部: products, business units, oversea network, finance and quality 产品,相关部门,海外同事,财务,质量等
  • External 外部: Existing customers, potential customers 新老客户和潜在的客户
